  I suggest don't work here...I was hearing rumors about them not paying and left the company shortly after they shorted my wages....months later and many texts to them as well as phone calls and they still have not paid me out wages owed to me. I even offered to settle in exchange for something from his company or farm of equal value so i could recover from the lack of a paycheck and the owner refused.
  I was 1100 kms from my home and family and it cost me big time. The owners excuse...you left and it screwed up our contract. I explained to him before i left to go home to visit my kids that i did not have enough money with what little they did pay me to pay child support my mortgage and gas money to get back...let alone food.
  I understand that I am among many that did not get paid.
